Seminar in Abrau Durso
In Abrau Durso held a seminar for the technologist of the Association on "Quality assessment and the formation of the typical properties of sparkling wines based on analysis of raw wine foaming and sparkling properties of Champagne with the use of software and hardware systems developed in KubGTU."
During the seminar discussed the following issues:
1. Status and prospects of production of sparkling wines in Russia. The influence of technological methods of processing wine for their foaming ability;
2. Quality assessment and identification of the type of wine supersaturated with carbon dioxide to the cavitation characteristics of the desorption of carbon dioxide and the pressure level in a champagne bottle.
Also, the device has been demonstrated "foam analyzer," which allows you to control the properties of sparkling wines supersaturated with carbon dioxide.
